Understanding Trump...Chapter 9......It's Very Clear...His Fear Is Here To Stay.....
New reports have sizeable and, inevitably, provocative tariffs on China's products about to be trowled out from the Oval Office.
the problem with the "trade war" is the same problem that exists with everything this doorknob does.....
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING he says, tries to do, or does has anything to do with making life better for anyone, let alone an entire nation he supposedly "leads"
ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING he says, tries to do, or does has everything to do with his pathological need to win whatever pissing contest comes across his radar.
It matters NOT AT ALL, EVER, if his actions might, even in the slightest, be ill advised, poor strategy, possibly harmful or even potentially catastrophically damaging. The intention, and goal, is ALWAYS to prove to himself, under the deluded guise of showing others, that HIS WAY is the BEST WAY is the ONLY WAY because to admit any other possibility is to have to face, within himself, that he might actually be mistaken. Or wrong.
The palpable inner fear of exposure and the ever gnawing need to try and "make it go away" that is a standard feature of the empty self esteem model simply will not, because it cannot, permit that to happen.
THAT FEAR and its grip on his core...is why.....
....he has NEVER been able to live without a spotlight on his "success".
....he has ALWAYS resorted, and will ALWAYS resort, to bullying and denigrating others, as opposed to inspiring and motivating them with strength and confidence
...he CANNOT stop reminding everyone, via social media and/or public pronouncement, at all times (as a desperate means of attempting to convince himself) that he is the "smartest", the "best", the "most successful", etc, etc, etc, ad nauseum.
...he CANNOT EVER allow himself to be held accountable, take blame, or responsibility, for any hint of misstep, mistake or failure...while.....
...he MUST ALWAYS take credit for ANY hint of accomplishment, no matter how much, or how little, he was involved...
...he is unfit to hold the office because he will ALWAYS put his own interests and needs first. ALWAYS.
ALWAYS.
Because, the FEAR gives him no other option.
What those who continue to support him continue to fail to understand (either because they won't or, because of their own fear issues, can't) is that his "genius" is not in being the strong, capable, inspiring leader of a nation they have longed for, and imagined in their daydreams.
His genius is in having convinced a sufficient number of people, in a sufficient number of states, resulting in a sufficient number of Electoral votes that he was going to be the answer to all their hopes and dreams.
The answer to their prayers.
And, in that way, the cure for all their fears.
When it is not now, has never been, and will never be their fears he is trying to overcome.
It is his own.
